Biden Wins the North Dakota Democratic Primary

BISMARCK, N.D.—President Joe Biden has won North Dakota’s Democratic presidential primary.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) won the North Dakota Democratic caucuses in 2016 and 2020.
