DeSantis vows Florida will conduct ‘its own investigation’ into second Trump assassination attempt

On Sunday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that his state will conduct its own investigation into how another would-be assassin managed to get within 500 yards of Donald Trump with a rifle.

The Florida governor wrote, “The State of Florida will be conducting its own investigation regarding the attempted assassination at Trump International Golf Club.
