Lara Trump hired to host Fox News show; what to know about Donald Trump's daughter-in-law

Lara Trump, President Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, is set to return to Fox News as the host of her own show in a move weeks after she stepped down as the Republican National Committee's co-chair.

Trump is set to host a new weekend show "My View with Lara Trump" on Feb. 22, the network recently announced. The move is a network return for Trump; she served as contributor from 2021 to 2022.

The primetime show will feature analysis and interviews with thought leaders with a focus on "the return of common sense to all corners of American life as the country ushers in a new era of practicality," the network description of the show says.

"As I cover the success of The Golden Age of America, I look forward to where this time will lead our country and where this opportunity will lead me in the future, " Lara Trump said in a statement, noting she was thrilled to bring her voice back to the network.
